How we are responding to Coronavirus
The service we provide to clients has been modified in the interests of the health and safety of both our clients and our estate agents and in consideration of latest government information. Continuity of Service If you are an existing client, seller or buyer We are conducting all our communications with you by telephone and / or video conference.All our usual contact telephone numbers and email addresses remain in use and our agents will be in regular contact with you.
With respect to clients with homes for sale, we will be in regular communication with you and all viewings will be conducted via photos/videos. Physical face-to-face viewings will not be conducted at this time pursuant to government health and safety advice. If offers are made (without physical viewing) such offers will be handled in the normal way. If you have a pending closing (after March 24, 2020) we will be working closely with you, the Registers of Scotland and your conveyancer. There may be delays with respect to closings / entry dates and we will keep you advised.
If you are thinking of selling while we cannot place your home on the market without a Home Report (which are currently not being conducted by Surveyors) – we can get prepared in advance in order to get your home ready for placing it on the market. With your help we can provide:
*An accurate valuation of your home; (we will require photos/videos);
*A review of the current market and expected trends; Complete documentation in advance;
*Begin matching your home to prospective buyers;
*Advance book your Home Report;
*Advance book your photos/videos;
*Advance book your personal face-to-face meeting with your RE/MAX agent.
We are using telephone and video conferencing to ensure a strong connection with you from the start and these advance services means that when circumstances permit – your home will be presented to market quickly and professionally. If you are thinking of buying we have lots of homes on the market however at the present time, our agents cannot provide you with our personal accompanied viewings. We can however work with you to:
*Identify /search for homes that meet your criteria;
*Ensure you are connected with both photos/videos of homes you like;
*Accept offers subject to personal viewings by you;
*Advance book your personal viewing.
We are using telephone and video conferencing to work closely with you and when circumstances permit, be able to ensure you have the earliest opportunity to make an informed decision on the purchase of your new home.
